Our Rubber foam is an closed cell elastic material,has such perfect performances as soft,anti-bending,cold-resistant,heat-resisting,fire-blocking,water -proof,low thermal conductivity,shake-reduction and sound-absorption.It can be widely used for every kind of cold & hot medium piping and containers in central control air condition,construction,chemical industry,medicine,light industry.As this material has soft and anti-bending performances,so it can be used to make handlebar sleeves of body building apparatus,medical equipment,covers or shields for articles of daily necessities.
TOPLON Class 1 and Class 0 is a flexible, closed-cell, elastomeric nitrile foamed insulation engineered and designed specifically to control condensation and absorb sound. Its main uses are for an insulating pipework particularly for air conditioning ducting, chilled water lines and refrigerated pipes. Huayue sheet is suitable for all ducts, vessels and tanks.
Our Class0/1 insulation is generally black in color, other colors are available upon request. The product comes in tube, roll and sheet form. The extruded flexible tube are specially designed to fit the standard diameters of copper, steel and PVC piping. Sheets are available in standards precut sizes or in rolls.
